Our Mission is to Address America's #1 Health Issue for Children -
VISION PROBLEMS
Lions are on a mission to provide the children of Central Texas the opportunity to have the vision they deserve for life and learning!
The Central Texas Lions KidSight Vision Foundation was formed to expand and grow the Early Childhood Vision Screening program with the goal to reach the over 150,000 children under the age of 6 in our area who could benefit by having their vision screened to prevent permanent vision loss in one or both eyes.
Please browse around our website to learn how prevalent vision issues are in children, how serious the consequences can be if not detected early, and what Lions KidSight can do to help.
Automated vision screening "photoscreening" is now approved for use in all Texas licensed childcare facilities and schools!
